Process of Delivery: Upon placing an order on our website, your request is promptly processed by our system. If the ordered items are readily available, we dispatch them from our warehouse immediately. For made-to-order dresses, please allow 7-8 days for processing. Before dispatch, all items undergo a thorough quality check to ensure your satisfaction. Once packaged securely, your order is handed over to our trusted shipping partners for safe and hygienic delivery.
If your address falls outside our shipping partner's coverage area, our team will contact you to explore alternative delivery options.
Estimated Delivery Time: We endeavor to ship products within 7 to 10 business days. However, please note that made-to-order items may experience delays due to operational challenges. Rest assured, we operate six days a week to fulfill orders promptly. During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to courier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Tracking Your Parcel: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email from us containing the tracking partner's name and tracking number. Simply click "Track your Shipment" and enter the AWB number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Alternatively, you can check the order details in your registered account on our website.
Packaging: We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Each item is meticulously packaged in sturdy materials to prevent any damage during transit. Our commitment to secure packaging has resulted in minimal complaints regarding damaged goods.
Payment Methods: We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. While there are no additional charges for prepaid orders, they are given priority during processing.
Changing Shipping Address: You may change the shipping address before your order is processed (shipped) by contacting our customer support team at seamsandbeyondind@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, a shipping address change will incur an additional charge of INR 150.
